Selling a house that is adapted for a wheelchair is not a common thing. So instead of seeing it as an obstacle, Charles did see it as a positive challenge. He did everything that needed to be done to sell it. And we did sell it much faster than anticipated (2, 5 months). He is very professional, resourceful, on top of things and will tell it as it is; which we need to have since we are never objective when we sell our house.
