The first step happens before the first visit: mortgage pre-approval. It tells you what budget to aim for and puts you in a stronger position when it’s time to make a promise to purchase.
Visits
Then we search together. I go with you to every visit and tell you plainly what the property is worth: its good points, its weaker points, what to look at closely, and everything you need to know before you make a promise to purchase.
The promise to purchase and what follows
Once you have found it, I prepare the promise to purchase with you, condition by condition, and present it to the seller. Then I stay with you through every step: inspection, financing, documents, all the way to signing the deed at the notary’s and getting the keys. We work as a team.
